Our Vision

A New Brunswick where 50% of elected members of the Legislature are women — reflecting the diversity, strength, and potential of our communities.

Our Mission

To build a movement that elects 50% women to the New Brunswick Legislature in 2028 — by engaging allies, equipping candidates, and mobilizing champions across the province.

Our Values

  • We welcome women of all identities and political affiliations – committed to fostering a genuine sense of safety and  belonging where every woman feels she can fully engage, contribute, and find purpose in this movement.

  • We bring diverse political perspectives together and, through joint collaboration grounded in transparency, respect and trust, build the collective strength needed to reach our goal.

  • We support women to fully recognize their value and reach their potential.

Our Approach

Engage

We create space for conversation and awareness across communities.

  • Sharing New Brunswick's current situation and informing citizens of the challenge

  • Explaining the immense impact women can have when they hold office

  • Building public support for 50% women candidates in the 2028 provincial election

Equip

We provide tools, resources, and practical support

  • Demystifying what's involved in running for elected office

  • Providing information and education to interested women across the province

  • Supporting women from seeking a nomination all the way to election day

Connect

We build networks of mentorship and shared learning.

  • Creating a strong network for women across all ridings to tap into

  • Connecting women with mentors, fellow candidates, and party contacts

  • Encouraging shared experiences and mutual support throughout the leadership journey

Mobilize

We work with partners to remove barriers and create opportunities.

  • Enlisting party leaders to publicly commit to gender parity targets for 2028

  • Working with established resource partners to conduct outreach to ridings

  • Engaging champions, securing party commitments, and mobilizing partners to drive outreach across all ridings
